Each person is unique. Different strengths, weaknesses and goals. This is a one hour action packed Rowing Circuit!  Join Ed St. John as he teaches you correct rowing etiquette along with the proper use of Bulgarian bags and Fitballs.  It’s hard to find a cardio machine that works your body harder than an indoor rower.
