Our 2018 8 week fitness program is a beginner Kettlebell workout program that will build full body strength, set fire to calories, and introduce you to all the tools you need to be fit. This membership gives you complete access to the gym during open training times (excluding Yoga and Pilates). Come once or twice a day if you choose...it is all included!
